I went to Suvana on my birthday 8/31/26  It was kind of last minute I reached out on whats app and someone immediately called me back. I booked for  the next day.  Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff but one staff member stood out. I am a solo traveler he went over and above of his duties making my experience even more celebratory and relaxing. David took my videos and pictures from beginning to end he also knew the menu like the back of his hand. I love a good waitor and service.  The wine was amazing I had wine from Germany I would definitely recommend and if you are lucky lets hope you get David. I visited Suvana a week ago, and I can honestly say it is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. I would especially like to highlight Fern’s outstanding hospitality and Justin’s exceptional wine selection, both of which made the experience even more memorable. These days, many restaurants offer high-quality menus and excellent food, but what truly sets a place apart is the experience it creates for its guests. Suvana excels in this regard. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, comes together to create something truly special. I would also like to mention a thoughtful detail that made my visit even more special: Fern took the time to learn a few Spanish words to communicate with me, which I greatly appreciated. It was a small gesture that reflected the genuine care and attention the team gives to its guests. Gastronomic and visual feast! What an absolute gem in the centre of Phuket! The best protiens from around the world, cooked and presented like you have never seen before. The taste boms blow your mind and challenge what you are looking at on the plate! All while you are dazzled by the sea life swimming before you in the aquarium. Once in a lifetime experience… This was a once in a life time experience. Very expesibe … but the food quality was outstanding and so unusua;. The entire mel was like a carefully orchestrated sympjony of flavors. We appreciated the small sizes of the many courses. We had a terrific view of the aquarium and really enjoyed the mermaid show. Our server, Juju, was so attentivve and friendly. Ahe was so helpful to us with all her many photos and videos. She even gave us a handwritten card for our 20th anniversary. The wine pairing was also amazing and catered to my individual needs as well as my husbands. Dinner experience with a view 🐠 Had a wonderful experience here late November last year, the restaurant is something else, really unique! We were whatsapped to confirm the booking and managed to reserve a table in the tunnel which was so good, all the sea life all around us, incredible! We initially did struggle to find the place in the large shopping mall, but once we did were given 5 ⭐️service, so glad we had this place recommended. After the first few courses we were escorted through to the dining room to see the mermaid show. Yes this is a bit corny but again a good experience and a nice break btw courses. Food was exceptional as was the wine pairing we opted for. High end prices but a lovely evening worth every penny!
